Customer can cancel his order anytime up to the cut-off time of the chosen slot for which a customer has placed an order—by dropping us an email or by calling our customer service. Please be informed that once the order is placed cannot be cancelled, considering the kind of product we are dealing with. Readymadeboxes reserves the right, if suspected any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies our terms & conditions of using the website, we, at our sole discretion may cancel such order. We shall maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and deny future access to them (or cancel any orders placed by them).
